Yerba Mate comes from the naturally caffeinated leaves of the native holly tree in the South American Atlantic Rainforest. Yerba Mate is traditionally consumed from a gourd and sipped through a bombilla straw that filters out the tea leaves. Sharing it in this way from a gourd is said to be a sign of friendship and bonding. Yerba Mate has been known to increase mental and physical energy, improve focus and concentration, enhance physical endurance and performance, is rich in antioxidants and nutrients that may help lower cholesterol, contains seven of the nine essential amino acids and a wide variety of nutrients and minerals our bodies need to perform at the highest level.

Suggested Use: Add 1 Tablespoon in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy! Increase dosage if needed.
