Shipping & Returns
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Go Ask Alice gift cards. Our online gift certificates can only be used online, our in-store Gift Cards can only be used in-store.
Orders are processed in the order that they are received and shipped out accordingly. Shipping times will vary based on the address provided on the order. We offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Go Ask Alice does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship out of the US. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Go Ask Alice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Our online inventory is limited, if you are needing to purchase an item that shows limited quantities, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check to see how we can best accommodate your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our herbs, tinctures, and body care; our items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If your item arrives broken, or you received the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The information regarding our herbs and tinctures have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.
