This fruity and festive blend balances creamy coconut and lemongrass with South American Guayusa. Guayusa is from the same family of rainforest holly trees as Yerba Mate, the popular caffeinated tea that is drunk all over South America. Yerba mate grows in the Atlantic Forest whereas Guayusa thrives in the Amazon rainforest. As well as caffeine, its unique chemical makeup includes the caffeine-related compounds theobromine and theophylline, plus a whole host of essential vitamins and minerals. Guayusa is packed with antioxidants too, which could help to neautralise free radicals in the body. 

Suggested use: Brew as a tea by adding 1 Tbsp. in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy! Can re-steep leaves more than once! Increase dosage if needed.
