Digestion + Sinuses

Peppermint has shown health benefits for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), nausea, skin conditions, headaches, cold, and flu. It can interact with medicines and is not advised for people with gastrointestinal problems. In the same way that peppermint can help ease muscle spasms in the colon, research suggests that it may do the same for women with menstrual cramps. Drinking peppermint tea can also help freshen a person's breath, and it may have other benefits for fighting bad breath. The oils in peppermint may also help alleviate symptoms of fatigue and boost energy levels.

Suggested use: Add 1 Tbsp. in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 mins. Enjoy! May re-steep leaves several times. *Increase dosage if needed.
