Damiana is an aromatic shrub native to Mexico. It was used by the Ancient Mayans & Aztecs to increase sex drive in men & women and to stimulate the nervous system while promoting relaxation. Damiana is a tonic for the kidneys, the sexual organs, and the nervous system. It is excellent at balancing the hormones and the emotions and increasing blood flow to the pelvic region. Energetically, Damiana is warm, dry, slightly bitter, pungent & yang nourishing.

Suggested use: Add 1 Tbsp. in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 mins. Enjoy! *Increase dosage if needed.
