Pau d'Arco

Pau D'arco was used as one of the main medicines of the Incas for at least a thousand years. From their tradition, the Callawaya tribe still extensively uses the herb to this day. The historical use strongly revolves around its ability to treat external skin infections, illness, and wounds. It has been shown to have potent antimicrobial and antifungal actions. It's perhaps the best known South American remedy for a plethora of conditions and as a tonic herb. It's shown to give relief from candida and a host of other infections and pain relief from chemotherapy and arthritis.

Suggested Use: Add 1 Tablespoon in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 mins. Enjoy! *Increase dosage if needed.
