Feverfew

- Headache + Menstruation relief -

Feverfew is a medicinal plant traditionally used for the treatment of fevers, migraine headaches, rheumatoid arthritis, stomach aches, toothaches, insect bites, infertility, and problems with menstruation and labor during childbirth. Feverfew contains a compound called parthenolide, which may help to ease muscle spasms, reduce inflammation, and prevent the constriction of blood vessels in the brain. Adults: have up to three cups a day. 
*Avoid with pregnancy, lactation, small children, and while taking blood thinners. Preliminary studies suggest that feverfew may help reduce damaged skin cells and inflammation. Other studies show feverfew may help relieve dermatitis and improve the appearance of the skin.

Suggested use: Brew as a tea by adding 1 Tbsp. in a cup of boiling water. Sweeten if desired. Enjoy! *Increase dosage if needed.
