About the event
Join us for a multi-sensory creative painting experience led by ART IS THE DEEPER YOU, designed to spark creativity, connection, and self-expression.
We’ll begin the evening at 6pm with light snacks, a soothing Blue Lotus + Damiana tea blend, and a gentle introduction to the night’s offerings. This portion will be guided by herbal expert Nicolina, who will share insight on micro practices in a mindful, educational space. Guests will be invited to explore an optional micro experience intended to support creativity and presence.
At 6:30pm, we’ll settle in for a guided painting session where all materials are provided—no experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to create. Painting session will be accompanied by live Sitar music by Alex Royat. We will be painting mushrooms!
This is a space to unwind, tap into your imagination, and let inspiration move through you in a supportive, community-centered environment.
